2- If we consider the issue of "Branding of Cities", the first and
most important issue in this regard is that the mayor or governor
of the city (it is much more important and valuable for both of
them to want it together) wants this job with great enthusiasm and
positions it at the most important place among their priority tasks.
It is essential. It is not possible to brand a city without at least
one of the two important people of the city (preferably both) wanting
to do this job and channeling most of their power to this job.
3- The next most important issue is that the mayor and governor
of the city are aware of how difficult it is to brand a product
in the private sector, for example, and that they are aware that
they cannot do this job with their own knowledge, skills and experience

thought for the same goal), and secondly, they should be very willing
